When our "wino" friends gather to open and compare our older French wines, only the "best of the best" will do. That's why we have used Chef's Table to cater our wine dinners. Howard and Jamie consistently produce excellent, French inspired classic dishes that offer a perfect compliment to our finest wines. For just a bit more than the cost of going to a top-end restaurant, we get superb food, wonderful service and the convenience of being in our own home. We also get the raves of our friends who love the personal attention and sheer artistry of H and J! We cannot recommend these guys too highly!

We are so very grateful for all that you did to make my surprise birthday dinner so wonderful. It was such a terrific family gathering. What a surprise to come home from a morning at the spa to find that we were not going out to dinner, but that dinner was being prepared in our home by you. Since we had the great experience of having dinner in your home I knew we were in for a treat. The food was delicious and the presentation was outstanding. I felt like a princess being a guest in my own home. Since we entertain frequently and know the effort that goes into preparing a special meal, it was so much fun to just be the guest. The hors d'oeuvres were the beginning of so many wonderful things to come.

Each course created more excitement as the evening went on. It was obvious that you had worked closely with John and had all my favorite foods.
The tomato soup in puff pastry could have been a meal in itself. The lobster risotto was consumed almost as soon as you brought it to the table, and the pineapple sorbet was a big hit. The beef tenderloin was spectacular with the herb stuffing and the potatoes melted in your mouth.

Dessert or should I say, desserts was the crowning glory. As full as we were we all managed to consume the Grand Marnier Souffles, chocolate dipped strawberries, shortbread and cookies.
Jennifer called the next day and said, "This was so much more fun than going to a restaurant." She was right. As much as we loved all the food, I have to say the best part was that everything was cleaned up before you left. You created an atmosphere that went hand in hand with good eating and making everyone feel so very comfortable. We are so lucky to have been able to share this experience with our family.

Without a doubt, Chef's Table has been our most extraordinary eating experience. The incredible surprise of being in our own back yard is small compared to the dining excellence. There are many fine restaurants, but none is so endowed with masters of the art as each of you. I have been trained to prize both creativity and artistry, and you provide each in the experiences you have given to my family and friends. I always appreciate your willingness to share your styles and processes with us and how you are never secretive about your skills. The menus are unsurpassed and always a treat. As I've said before, I now enjoy foods as a result of your preparation that I have avoided throughout my adult life. I am never disappointed after visiting you, and I often read the menus as a reminder of how delighted I was in visiting your home.
I could not express my thoughts without letting you know that we will miss you terribly. We have always felt your warmth and friendship, and it is a meaningful part of our lives. Best to each of you in all you do and explore.

Howard and Jamie Karp of the Chef's Table are a delightful couple that has prepared fabulous meals for us over many years. They created perfect menus for very special events such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, family get-togethers, social dinners and business meetings, which often included nationally known persons.
Howard and Jamie have incredible credentials and experience and they are very dependable. The meals they have created for us included parties with 70 guests to small intimate dinners. Each event their food presentation was beautiful and the attention to detail amazing. Our guests always marveled at the extraordinary preparation, presentation and taste.
